Information for Food and Beverages Vendors

SITE MATTERS

  • Site cost is $20 per metre.
  • Vendors may supply own van or own tent.
  • 6m x 3m OR 3m x 3m marquees OR pergola 2m x 2m can be supplied.
  • Trestle tables 2m x 1m can be supplied.
  • Single phase and triple phase power outlets are available.
  • Water is available.
  • Rubbish skips on site.

INSURANCE

All site holders are required to have their own public liability insurance and product liability cover, both showing a cover of $10 million. A copy of the Certificate of Currency is to be attached to an application.

COMPLIANCE

Central Coast Council requires vendors to be licensed and to abide by Food Act 2003 Requirements for Stallholders. Please make your own arrangements with Central Coast Council through Karen Loone, Environment & Health Group Leader, PO Box 220, Ulverstone 7315.
